Sportsmens Tradeshow Exhibitor Terms and Conditions

It is understood that the parties, as shown by their signatures below, are bound to the terms of the following and the guidelines that are detailed in this information package.

  1. The undersigned exhibitor does hereby apply for booth(s) at the Georgia Sportsmen Events 2007 Sportsmen’s Trade Show, to be held in the Contender Boat Facility on Sept. 22nd, 9am-7pm & 23rd, 10am-5pm. With the terms and conditions of the application, the solicitation of material of Georgia Sportsmen Events L.L.C., and all other terms and conditions of all such other printed matter are incorporated by specific reference and made a part of this application and the exhibitor agrees to abide by the same. Georgia Sportsmen Events L.L.C. reserves the right to refuse any application.
  2. This application shall not become binding upon Georgia Sportsmen Events L.L.C. until Georgia Sportsmen Events L.L.C. has received payment in full for said booth(s) and this application is accepted in writing by Georgia Sportsmen Events L.L.C.
  3. Electricity, which the exhibitor might desire for said booth(s) are the direct responsibility of the exhibitor upon arrangement with Georgia Sportsmen Events. Georgia Sportsmen Events will coordinate these needs with the Appling County Development Authority.
  4. Carpeting, tables, chairs and other amenities, which the exhibitor might desire for said booth, are the direct responsibility of the exhibitor.
  5. Each exhibitor is free to arrange their exhibit as they desire, as long as they do not extend beyond the allotted space (this includes carpet) and as long they do not violate Federal, State, or local laws and ordinances. Exhibitors will not be permitted to use loud speakers or other mechanical devices in a manner that might disturb others.
  6. Georgia Sportsmen Events L.L.C. will not be responsible for loss by fire, theft, or damage to materials, merchandise or equipment.
  7. Set-up must between the hours of 8am and 8pm on Friday September 21st, 2007. Exhibitors should have all displays in place and completed no later than 8am Saturday September 21st, 2007.
  8. Upon acceptance by Georgia Sportsmen Events L.L.C., this application becomes a contract under the laws of the State of Georgia, enforceable by its terms.
  9. Exhibitor does hereby release and hold Georgia Sportsmen Events L.L.C. harmless from any and all action, claims, and demands for, upon or by reason of any damage, loss or injury suffered or incurred by exhibitor’s participation in the 2007 Sportsmen’s Trade Show.
  10. A non-refundable deposit of 50% per booth must accompany application with the balance due no later than September 12th, 2007.

Firearms/Ammunition Dealers

Georgia Sportsmen Events L.L.C. welcomes all licensed firearms dealers to the show. The Sportsmen’s Trade Show is owned and operated by Georgia Sportsmen Events L.L.C. alone. We have made the necessary arrangements with the State of Georgia and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms to include a gun show at our annual event. All standard Federal and State Laws concerning gun shows will be followed and strictly enforced. Georgia Sportsmen Events L.L.C. will provide all required insurance, security, and practices that are standard as to provide a gun show in Georgia. You will be responsible to follow all Federal and State Laws that apply to selling firearms and ammunition.

The entire information package applies to firearms and ammunition dealers, including show times, setup and breakdown times, booth prices etc. Please fill out all of the applications and forms provided.
